M&R's philosophy has always been to produce a labour-intensive
product group such as shaslik, satay and related products where the
continuity and quality is guaranteed.
However, with an eye to the availability of employees - and thus
continuity - production in the Netherlands was becoming increasingly
difficult. This led to the motivation to produce abroad.
During the past few years M&R has gained three production locations
which work entirely on the basis of the H.A.C.C.P. system. These
locations fulfil the strictest requirements in the area of quality,
food safety and hygiene.
At all our locations we produce both the
standard range and customised products and also exclusive productions
that we have taken over from our partners over the course of time.
Every production falls under our own, Dutch, immediate control and
support.
